Instructions: Heat oven to 375 degrees. Grease a 15x10x1-inch pan. Line top and sides with wax paper and grease wax paper.

Beat eggs and sugar until fluffy. Beat in pumpkin and stir in dry ingredients. Pour into pan and spread evenly; sprinkle with nuts. Bake for 15 minutes.

Invert onto towel dusted light with powdered sugar. Pull off wax paper.

Roll up cake and towel together and let cool.

When cool, unroll cake and spread with filling, re-roll, and refrigerate until ready to serve.
