Instructions: Mix together thoroughly and cook in a saucepan, stirring frequently, until thick. Remove from heat.
Dissolve one envelope knox gelatin in 1/4 cup cold water, add to mixture. Cool to room temperature. Whip 3 egg whites, gradually adding 1/4 cups sugar, until stiff. Fold into pumpkin mixture. Fill cake pan, chill, top with whipped cream. Email this Recipe:
