2 cup all-purpose flour sifted
2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp baking soda
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp nutmeg
1 tsp cinnamon
2 x eggs -- well beaten
1/2 cup evaporated milk
1 cup sugar
1 cup pumpkin, canned
1/4 cup margarine
Instructions:
Instructions: Sift together flour, baking powder, soda, nutmeg, and cinnamon into bowl.

Beat eggs, milk, sugar, pumpkin, and margarine in a large bowl until well blended. Stir in the dry ingredients until the mixture is smooth. Fold in the nuts. Spoon into a greased 9x5" loaf pan.

Bake in a 350 oven for about 55 minutes or until a wooden toothpick inserted into the center of the loaf comes out clean. Cool for 10 minutes. Remove from pan; when completely cooled, wrap in plastic and refrigerate.
