1 tbl	lemon or lime juice
1/2 oz	green (uncooked) prawns,
	or- dried shrimp
2 med	onions
1/4 tsp	shrimp paste
2 x	fresh chilies, seeded, OR
2 tsp	roasted chili paste
1 tbl	lemon zest, finely chopped
1/4 cup	water
1/8 cup	coconut milk, reserve thick cream
1 tbl	fish sauce
1 tsp	sugar
1/2 tsp	pepper

Instructions:

Instructions: Sprinkle lemon or lime juice over pumpkin and leave to stand for 20 minutes.
