Instructions: I first took parsnips and boiled them - 20 min Strained them and put them into the blender along with a can of chicken broth. This I put aside into my soup pot.
The broth from the parsnips I added a can of Chicken broth along with the following all cut up: 1/4 of a large red cabbage 1 large sweet potato 4 carrots Boiled this for 20 minuets and then into the blender. I then added this to my soup pot and brought to a boil well stirring added in splash of lemon and then salt and ground pepper. Cooled it down and left in the fridge over night. We had it for lunch today, heated of course. NOTES : Ive had sometime this last week, so I put it to good use by starting to make soup, working them up on my own. Somehow they have turned out very good, if I say so myself. The first was a broccoli with a chicken broth. The second was a roasted red pepper and pesto. The third was an unbelievable spinach and onion/pesto soup. Now its the forth which i created last night turned out to be a really different mixture. I dont know what to call it, but this is what I did. Sounds strange but it taste good and the best of the four. Any though on what I should call it? Email this Recipe:
