8 cup chicken or beef broth
5 cup any combination of vegetables (5 to 6)
i.e.
leeks
carrots
potatoes
celery
parsley
mushrooms
asparagus
broccoli
green beans
Instructions:
Instructions: Cook vegetables in broth until tender. Cool slightly, strain vegetables and process in food processor. Add puree to broth; heat through. Add whipping cream or half-and-half. Serve.
