Instructions: Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Salt & pepper birds and brown them in the butter in a skillet. Transfer to baking dish. Add flour to the butter and stir well. Slowly add chicken broth, sherry, salt & pepper, margarine, garlic, and bring to a boil. Pour over birds, cover and bake 1 hour and 30 minutes. Serve over cooked rice.
