Ingredients:

1 cup	Quaker multigrain cereal
1/4 cup	Buttermilk *
3 tbl	Molasses
2 cup	Bread flour Plus 2 Tbl
1/2 cup	Whole wheat flour
1/2 tsp	Salt
1/2 tbl	Butter or margarine
1/2 tbl	Gluten
3 tsp	Red Star Active Dry Yeast
	----------------- 1 LB LOAF ----------------
2/3 cup	Quaker Multigrain cereal
3/4 cup	Buttermilk **
2 tbl	Molasses
1/3 cup	Bread flour
1/3 cup	Whole wheat flour
1 tsp	Salt
1 tbl	Butter or margarine
2 tbl	Gluten

Instructions:

Instructions: * For Welbilt/DAK and Zojirushi machines, add 3 tablespoons more buttermilk.
** for Welbilt machine, add 1 tablespoon more buttermilk.

Have ingredients at room temperature (For my Hitachi I will microwave liquids for 1 minute)

Place all ingredients in bread pan according to manufacturers instructions.

Use Light setting.
