Rich and tasty, these individual pizzas are quick to assemble, and the aroma
of melting cheese is irresistible.
1 x quantity Basic Pizza Dough (shown below)
1 tbl Garlic Oil
1/2 sm red onion, very thinly sliced
2 oz Saga Blue
2 oz mozzarella
2 oz Gruyere, grated
2 tbl freshly grated Parmesan
1 tbl chopped fresh thyme
Instructions:
Instructions: 1. Preheat the oven to 425 F. Divide the dough into four pieces and roll out each one on a lightly floured surface into a 5 in circle. Place well apart on two greased baking sheets, then pinch up the dough edges to make a thin rim.

Brush with Garlic Oil and top with the red onion.

2. Cut the Saga Blue and mozzarella into cubes and scatter over the bases.

3. Mix together the Gruyere, Parmesan and thyme and sprinkle over.

4. Grind over plenty of black pepper. Bake for 15 - 20 minutes until crisp and golden and the cheese is bubbling. Serve immediately.
