1/4 cup Cider vinegar
2 tbl Olive oil
1 tbl Lemon juice
2 tsp Dijon mustard
2 tsp Chives, chopped
2 tsp Thyme, minced or
1/2 tsp Dried thyme
1 x Garlic clove(s), crushed
1/2 tsp Maple syrup
Instructions:
Instructions: In a small bowl, whisk together everything until emulsified. Let the vinaigrette rest for at least 1 hour before serving it, and whisk it again before using.
