Ingredients:

1 x 9" un-baked pastry shell
8 slc bacon, diced OR 1/2 cup diced fully cooked ham OR cooked shrimp
3 x beaten eggs
1/2 cup milk
1 tsp flour
1/2 tsp salt
Dash ground nutmeg (optional - I dont use it)
1/2 cup shredded Swiss cheese
Instructions:
Instructions: Bake pastry shell at 450 degrees for 10-12 minutes or until nearly done. Remove from oven; reduce temp to 325. While baking shell, in bowl thoroughly stir together eggs, milk, flour, salt, and Opt. nutmeg. Stir in bacon (or other choice) and cheeses; mix well. I do this all by hand. Pour into WARM pastry shell. If your oven requires it, cover edges of crust with foil to prevent over browning. Bake in 325 oven for 35-40 minutes. Remove foil, if used, and bake 10-15 min. more or until knife inserted just off-center comes out clean. Let stand 5 - 10 minutes before serving. May be garnished with parsley and cherry tomatoes if desired. 6-8 servings.
