1 x unbaked 9" deep-dish pie shell (4 cup volume)
1/2 cup sour cream
1/2 cup Carnation evaporated milk
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese - (2 oz) divided
4 lrg eggs lightly beaten
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp freshly-ground black pepper
3 tbl seasoned dry breadcrumbs
1 tbl chopped fresh basil
(or 1 tspn dried basil leaves, crushed)
3 x garlic cloves finely chopped
3/4 cup fresh or canned diced tomatoes drained
Instructions:
Instructions: Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Whisk sour cream, evaporated milk, 1/4 cup cheese, eggs, salt and pepper in medium bowl; pour into pie shell. Combine remaining cheese, breadcrumbs, basil and garlic in small bowl; sprinkle over sour cream mixture. Top with tomatoes and olives.

Bake for 50 to 60 minutes or until knife inserted near center comes out clean. Cool on wire rack for 5 minutes before serving.

This recipe yields 8 servings.
