Instructions: Saute the onion in Pam until soft. Add the garlic and saute until fragrant. Sir in the broth and water. Heat to almost boiling. Stir in the beans. Simmer for 5 minutes or so. Stir in the canned tomatoes and sherry. Simmer a couple more minutes to combien flavors. YUM!
NOTES : These beans would be a good thing to have in a lowfat pantry. This soup is very good and goes together quickly. If you want to figure the NA for this use these numbers: The beans have 780 total calories, 3 grams of fat, and 36 grams of fiber. Your beans might be different. The Rotel tomatoes have 75 total calories, 0 fat and 2.5 grams fiber. MC can figure the rest I think. I guessed at the number of servings.
