Instructions: For me, I like the following for breakfast: fresh fruit and whole grain oatmeal (my brand comes with 3 other whole grains, but any kind will do, although instant has the least nutrition) and then add 1/3 cup of Dixie Diner Soy Nutlettes for a very nutty flavor (1/3 cup of these granules give one a full days wonderful infusing of isoflavones, the beneficial component of soy).
I like it sweetened with some sweetener, etc. One can place fruit on top, or a little molasses, honey, or other sweetener like Trutina or Splenda. I like to pour in, strange as it sounds, some of my instant coffee. For me, this adds a nice flavor. Very filling, tasty, healthy. Also, although it is expensive (approx. $4.95 a quart, I drink 3 oz of persimmon juice every morning. It is LOADED with nutrients, more so that any other juice.
