1 lb frozen cod fillets
1 tbl butter
1/2 cup finely chopped onion
1 can cream of celery soup - (10 oz)
1 can clam chowder - (14 oz)
1 cup milk
1/2 cup water
Instructions:
Instructions: Partially thaw fish. Cut into 1-inch pieces.

Saute onion in butter until translucent. Stir in soups, milk and water. Slowly bring to a boil. Add fish and simmer 5 to 8 minutes or until flesh is opaque and flakes easily. Sprinkle with parsley.
