2 cup flour
1 cup milk
3 tsp baking powder
1 x egg
2 tbl sugar
3/4 cup tasty grated cheese
1/4 cup melted butter
Instructions:
Instructions: In a large bowl place flour, b/pdr, sugar & bacon. Beat egg lightly, add butter & milk. Add to dry ingredients, add cheese & mix to just combine.

3/4 fill greased muffin pans & bake 400F for 20-25 mins.

Makes 12.
