Instructions: Season some chicken livers with salt and pepper and fry with a dash of olive oil over a high heat in a large nonstick pan for about a minute or until just brown. Slop over a good 2 tbsp balsamic vinegar and cook for another minute until reduced to a glaze. Serve with dressed cos some sliced red onion and seared peppers and anything else you fancy.
