Instructions: Pre-heat the oven to 180-200C / 350-400F or gas 4-6 and grease a 20 cm (8 in) tin. Cream the butter and sugar together. Add all the other ingredients. Spoon the mixuture into the prepared tin and bake in the pre-heated oven for 25-30 minutes.
