Ingredients:

1/2 cup Green peppers -- chopped
1/4 cup Chopped onions
1/4 cup Chopped olives
1 x Garlic clove -- minced
2 tbl Margarine
10 oz Tomato sauce -- * see note
1/4 cup Milk
3 x Parsley sprigs -- chopped
1/4 tsp Pepper
1 tsp Bay leaves -- crumbled
Instructions:
Instructions: * Original recipe called for one 10-ounce can of tomato soup; I prefer tomato sauce, but use soup if you wish, or try a mixture of the two. The flavored tomato sauces are excellent.

Saute green pepper, onion, olives and garlic in margarine for 5 minutes (or mix olive oil for half the margarine). Add remaining ingredients; mix well.

Cover and simmer for 15 minutes.
