Instructions: Brown ground beef and drain excess fat. Add mustard, onions and mozzarella cheese and stir until cheese is melted. Flatten out half of the biscuits on a couple of baking pans to about 5 inches around. Add about 2 tbsps. of the ground beef mixture to each. Flatten the other half of the biscuits and place on top of the ground beef mixture. Press edges together and make small slits on top for steam. Using a pastry brush, brush on a little egg white. Cook for same amount of time as the refrigerated biscuits. Top with butter or Ranch dressing.
