6 tbl Olive oil
2 tbl Red wine vinegar
6 x Anchovies in olive oil, finely chopped
1/2 tsp Freshly ground black pepper
Rock salt
12 x 50 g thinly sliced fillet steaks
2 tbl Finely chopped fresh parsley
Instructions:
Instructions: 1 Place the oil, vinegar, anchovies and pepper in a small pan and simmer gently for 2-3 minutes on the side of the barbie.

2 Season and cook the steaks over very hot coals or in a preheated griddle pan for 30 seconds on each side, then transfer to serving plates. Stir the parsley into the dressing and pour over the steaks. Serve with a green salad.
