Instructions: Place dried potatoes from package in a 3 1/2-quart electric slow cooker. In a medium bowl, mix undiluted soup with water, sauce packet from potato package and garlic pepper until well-blended. Drizzle just a little of soup mixture over potatoes.
Layer all remaining ingredients in slow cooker as follows: package of mixed vegetables plus one-third of stir-fry vegetables, two-thirds of chicken tenders, two-thirds of remaining soup mixture, remaining stir-fry vegetables and remaining chicken tenders. Pour rest of soup mixture evenly over chicken. Cover and cook on low heat setting about 41/2 hours or until chicken and potatoes are tender and cooked through. Sprinkle paprika over top.
