Instructions: My all-time favorite lunch sandwich is turkey and fat-free cheese rolled into a tortilla with lettuce then dipped into an individual cup of salsa
(Chi-chis makes them). One of my favorite "Im trying to lighten up" suppers is 1 cup low-fat cottage cheese with fresh chives mixed in on top of 6 popcorn cakes. I like apples sliced up and sprinkled with cinnamon and equal. How about low-fat cream cheese on a bagel with a thin slice of smoked salmon. Caviar is good too! Stagg Ranch House Chicken Chili (1/3c.) on a fat-free tortilla with 1 tbsp. of sour cream and some chopped onions. (175 calories) Canned chunk pineapple with a few marshmallows, a "sprinkle" of coconut, some sliced bananas, raisins, dried cranberries, or fig pieces combined with fat-free vanilla yogurt. Toasted English Muffin with peanut butter and raisins. If you spread the peanut butter on the "flat"side you use less. An apple and banana in the blender with enough orange juice to liquefy. One of my new favorite lunches is Weight Watchers Smart Ones Beans & Rice. I heat it up and stuff tortillas with it. A little ff sour cream and this is a very filling lunch or dinner.
