Ingredients:

2 tsp margarine or butter
1 lrg onion -- chopped (1 cup)
1 med stalk celery -- chopped (1/2 cup)
1 sm green bell pepper -- chopped (1/2 cup)
2 x cloves garlic -- finely chopped
1 cup peeled and deveined raw small shrimp (1/2 pound) -thawed
1/2 cup fat-free reduced-sodium chicken broth
1/2 tsp dried basil leaves
1/2 tsp dried thyme leaves
1/4 tsp pepper
1/8 tsp red pepper sauce
1 x bay leaf
1 x (14 1/2 ounce) can diced tomatoes -- undrained
Instructions:
Instructions: Melt margarine in 3-quart saucepan over medium-high heat. Cook onion, celery, bell pepper and garlic in margarine, stirring frequently, until onion is tender.

Stir in remaining ingredients except rice. Heat to boiling; reduce heat. Cover and simmer 5 minutes. Stir in rice. Cover and let stand 10 minutes. Remove bay leaf. 4 servings.
