3 med cooking apples pared and sliced
2 tbl lemon juice
2/3 cup quick oats
2/3 cup packed brown sugar
1/2 cup unbleached flour
1/4 cup unsweetened applesauce
2 tbl margarine or butter, softened
1/4 tsp ground cinnamon
1/4 tsp nutmeg
Instructions:
Instructions: Place the sliced apples in a 8 x 8 x 2 glass baking dish that has coated with cooking spray. Sprinkle with lemon juice. Blend remaining ingredients together gently with a fork. Cover the apples with the crumbly mixture and microwave uncovered for 7 to 10 minutes. Serve with low fat vanilla frozen yogurt if desired.
