1/4 cup	All purpose flour
2 tsp	Baking soda
1 tsp	Salt
1 cup	Brown sugar, firmly packed
2 x	Eggs
1/4 cup	Butter, softened
1 can	Fruit cocktail, undrained, 1 pound size
1/2 cup	Semisweet chocolate chips

Instructions:

Instructions: Grease and flour bottom of 13x9" pan. Combine all ingredients except chocolate and nuts in a large mixer bowl. Blend well at lowest speed of mixer; beat 2 minutes at medium speed. Pour batter into pan. Sprinkle with chocolate pieces and nuts. Bake at 350 degrees f. 35 to 40 minutes
