GRADUALLY ADD MILK AND BRING TO A BOIL. BOIL 1 MINUTE, STIRRING CONSTANTLY. REMOVE FROM HEAT AND STIR IN SWISS CHEESE, PEPPER, NUTMEG AND TOMATOES. POUR SAUCE OVER PASTA IN SERVING BOWL. TOSS TO COAT WELL.
