1 x	Really ripe mango
5 x	Scotch bonnets
2 x	Cayennes (for color)
1 tbl	Minced onion
1/4 tsp	Black pepper
1/8 tsp	Cumin
3 pch	Seasoned salt, more or less
1 pch	Dried thyme
	Little cider vinegar (to thin out)

Instructions:

Instructions: Puree all of this together.

Makes about 1 cup of paint-peeling joy. Add liberally to everything.
