3/4 cup Heavy cream
12 oz Milk chocolate chopped
1 tbl Vanilla extract
3 tbl Any liqueur (optional)

Dried fruit
Cubes of sponge cake or pound cake
Caramels
Marshmallows
Candied orange peel
Pretzels
Instructions:
Instructions: In a medium saucepan, warm the cream over medium-high heat just until simmering. Remove from the heat; add the chocolate. Stir until melted. Stir in vanilla and liqueur. Serve in a heated fondue pot or a bowl set on a platter with the dipping goodies. The fondue will still be soft enough for dipping after it has come to room temperature.

This recipe yields 2 cups of fondue.
