Instructions: Stretch dough to fit well-greased 10x15 pan. With end of spoon or fingers, poke holes in dough (but not all the way through). Spread olive oil over dough. Sprinkle with onion salt and green onions. Let dough rise, uncovered in a warm place until almost double in size, about 25-30 minutes. Bake at 450iF for 12-15 minutes or until bread is browned.
