Instructions: Add hot butter to 1 cup sugar. Add well-beaten eggs and orange juice. Add sifted dry ingredients and beat well. Pour into a greased pan. Grate orange rind and mix with 3 Tbsp. sugar. Sprinkle on cake. Bake 50 minutes at 350 F.
