Ingredients:

2/3 cup Orange juice
3 tbl Orange rind
3 tbl Melted butter
1/2 cup Finely chopped dates
1 cup Sugar
1 x Egg, slightly beaten
1/2 cup Chopped nuts
2 cup Flour
1/2 tsp Baking soda
1 tsp Baking powder
Instructions:
Instructions: Combine juice, rind, butter, dates, sugar, egg and nuts. Sift dry ingredients and add to orange mixture. Mix well and pour into greased loaf pan. Bake at 350 for 50 minutes.

Makes a great Christmas gift!
