Instructions: Saute onion in butter or margarine. Stir in undiluted soup and cream cheese cut into cubers. Cook stirring constantly until smooth and hot.
Into a lightly greased 1-quart casserole, alternately layer potatoes, soup and cream cheese, ending with a layer of sauce. Bake in a 400 degree oven for 45 minutes.
