Instructions: 1) Lightly brush a miniature tart pans with mayonnaise (use approx. 1 tbs.).

2. Cut bread pieces with cookie cutter or a small glass and press lightly to flatten. Press flattened bread pieces into tart pans.

3. Combine mayonnaise, cheese, crab meat, onions, lemon juice and hot pepper sauce. Spoon crab mixture into each tart cup.

4. Preheat oven at 350 and bake until lightly browned. Serve warm with lemon and/or seafood sauce.
