Instructions: Prepare home canning jars and lids according to manufacturers instructions.
Measure 4 1/2 cups of crushed berries and grated orange peel into a large sauce pot. Add fruit pectin and place over high heat. Stir until mixture comes to a full boil. Add sugar; return to a rolling boil. Boil hard 1 minute, stirring constantly. Carefully pour hot jam into hot Ball Quilted Crystal jelly jars, leaving 1/4 inch head space. Wipe jar rim clean and place Ball decorative Lid on jar. Screw band down evenly and firmly. Process 10 minutes in a boiling water bath canner. Yield: 8 (8 oz.) jars Email this Recipe:
