Instructions: Dissolve yeast in water in large bowl. Add buttermilk, beaten eggs, 2 1/2 cups flour, butter, sugar, baking powder, and salt. Blend 30 seconds on low speed. Scrape sides and bottom of bowl and beat 2 minutes on medium speed. Stir in remaining flour (dough should remain soft and slightly sticky).
Knead 5 minutes on lightly floured board. Shape as desired. Let rise in warm place until double in bulk (about one hour). Roll dough out into rectangle and sprinkle with cinnamon and sugar. Roll up and cut. Bake in oven at 350 to 375 degrees for about 23 minutes. Email this Recipe:
