Instructions: Clean prawns and slit down the back but not all the way through. Cut tomato into quarters. Blend sweet and sour sauce and plum sauce with half a can of pineapple juice. Add pineapple chunks and tomato and cook for 1 minute. Add prawns and cook for 2 minutes. Serve hot with plain rice.
