1 sm onion chopped
1/2 cup diced green pepper
2 tbl butter or margarine

Instructions:
Instructions: In a saucepan saute the onion and green pepper lightly in the butter. Blend in the flour, salt, pepper, and thyme. Add gradually the liquid drained from the mushrooms and the milk. Stir until the sauce is smooth and thick. Add the Worcestershire sauce, corn, mushrooms, and tuna to the sauce. Turn into a medium casserole and top with potato sticks. Bake 20 minutes in a moderate oven, 375 , or until bubbly.

Serves 4-6.

NOTES : Sue says: I think I would wait and add the potato sticks during the last 8-10 minutes of baking time.
