Instructions: Chop the carrot, onion and cabbage into large chunks. Steam until al dente. Fry the sausages in a large cast iron skillet over medium heat.
When they are cooked through and nicely browned, add the carrots and onions to the sausage skillet and cook 3 minutes. Then add cabbage and cook until done, approximately 5 more minutes. Salt and freshly ground pepper to taste. Email this Recipe:
