Instructions: Tear bread into pieces and place in a baking dish that has been sprayed with Pam. Brown sausage and drain off fat. Spoon over bread and sprinkle with cheese. Slightly beat together eggs and milk, mustard, salt and pepper. Pour over bread and sausage. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 to 40 minutes. Cheese will rise to top during baking.

Variations: Add mushrooms, bell peppers, onions or other desired ingredients.
