Instructions: Grease a large casserole. Place the rice in bottom of casserole dish and top with the chicken. Combine the rest of the ingredients in a sauce pan and bring to a boil. Pour over chicken and rice and bake covered in a 325 degree oven (until chicken is almost done).
Uncover and top with the almonds and bake for another 10 to 15 minutes. Yield 6 servings. Email this Recipe:
