Instructions: PREHEAT oven 375 F. Grease 9"x9" pan or a 9" cake pan.

SIFT together flour, salt, baking powder, then set aside.

CREAM together sugar and butter until light, then beat in egg and milk.

ADD sifted ingredients to butter mixture. Beat until batter is smooth. Place in greased pan.

FOR TOPPING: Combine the flour, the 2 tbsp butter and the sugar and blend these ingredients until they crumble. Add cinnamon. Spread the cook batter with 2-3 tbsp of melted butter. Sprinkle topping over the cake and bake for approximately 25 minutes.
