1 loaf (doubling yields one loaf and a dozen muffins)
1/2 cup Sugar
2/3 cup Flour
1/4 tsp Baking powder
1 tsp Baking soda
3/4 tsp Salt
1/2 tsp Ground cloves
1/2 tsp Nutmeg
1/2 tsp Cinnamon
1/2 cup Vegetable oil
1/2 cup Water
1 cup Mashed pumpkin
2 x Eggs
Instructions:
Instructions: Sift dry ingredients together. Stir in remaining ingredients. Pour batter into buttered and floured loaf pan. Bake 1 hour at 350.
