Instructions: Cook the chocolate pudding according to directions. Let cool slightly and stir the box of chocolate cake mix into the pudding. Spread into a 15 x 10-inch pan; sprinkle with the chips and the nuts. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes. Cut into bars when cool.
