2 tsp Vegetable oil
1 lrg Onion, sliced thin
1 x Red pepper, sliced thin
12 oz Broccoli florets, cut into small
1/2 cup Water
1/4 x Stir-fry sauce
1/2 cup Cooked sliced chicken
Instructions:
Instructions: Heat oil in large skillet over medium-high heat. Add onion and pepper. Cook 5 minutes. Stir in broccoli, water and stir-fry sauce. Cook until tender, stirring occasionally, 5 minutes. Stir in chicken and heat through. Serve with rice or couscous.

Prep time: 10 minutes

Cooking Time: 10 minutes

NOTES : This tasty chicken and vegetable stir-fry couldnt be easier-and everything except the rice or couscous gets cooked in one skillet-so cleanup is a breeze, too!
