1/2 tsp	salt
3 tbl	cocoa

1/3 cup	cooking oil
1 tsp	vanilla
1 tsp	cider vinegar

Instructions:

Instructions: Pour into greased 9 inch square pan. Bake for 35 minutes at 350 degrees. It can also be made into 1 dozen cupcakes, but bake for only 20 minutes
