Instructions: Preheat oven to 225C.
Stir lamb onion garlic and thyme over medium heat until fats are released and meat is light brown. Increase heat and add the tomatoes. Cook until liquid almost evapourates breaking up meat with wooden spoon. Add worcestershire sauce and season. Transfer into glass dish and spoon potato on top.
