Ingredients:
Amount Ingredient
1/2 lb Rabbit
1/2 tbl Oil
1/2 tbl Butter
1/4 lb Diced bacon
1 x Minced garlic clove
1 lrg Diced onion
2 x Diced green peppers
1/4 lb Mushrooms
1 lb Tomatoes (peeded, seeded & Chopped)
1 tsp Basil
1 tsp Thyme
1 tsp Marjoram
1 tbl Parsley
Instructions:
Instructions: Heat oven to 325. Cut up meat. Heat oil & butter in large skillet. Add bacon & brown. Place bacon in casserole dish. Brown meat in fat.

Place in dish. Saute vegetables in oil. Drain. Place in dish. Pour tomatoes over meat. Sprinkle with herbs & mustard. Bake 1 1/4- 1 1/2 hours.
