Instructions: Spread outside of bread with butter & inside of bread with sour cream. Place cheese, cole slaw and meat. Grill on frying pan until heat through and cheese is melted.

NOTES : This is one of my favorite sandwiches. It is inspired after the Reuben, so I named it the Rachel (after the song)
