Instructions: Cream together 3 T margarine and sugar. Add egg. Combine next three ingredients, and add alternately with the milk. Add the vanilla; spread in a greased 8" square pan. Combine brown sugar and cinnamon; sprinkle on top. Dot the top of the cake with margarine and put it in a 350 degree oven for around half an hour.
